  Hello there,

  I can’t see that this site is on a paid plan, so you’re only able to export and then import the content via an XML file.

  To export, please follow these instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  To then import, you would go to Dashboard > Tools > Import in the site at Bluehost.
