Back Up Site Upload to Hosting Account?

  Hi! I just purchased a domain name and am trying to transfer my (free/unpaid) wordpress site to that domain. Is it possible to manually back up my ENTIRE site and upload it to a hosting account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you set up a WordPress blog at your web hosting account?

  If so, yes you can export all your content (posts, pages, etc.) and upload the file that you will be given after the export process, to the hosted blog. Note that first you do need WordPress software installed at your host.
