Back ups / Staging site for free account

    Hi,

    I’m switching a theme for a client but I haven’t done it before and I want to make sure I don’t make any mistakes. I was trying to back it up and the best solution I’ve come across for a free account is to export everything. Am I missing anything here?

    I also am wondering if there are staging options or under construction options for me? It seems as though these are only options for paid accounts? Is this correct?

    Please note that you may have to contact your client as they can get live chat support from Staff.     Hi, what is the URL of the site you are concerned about, Emily? Changing a theme will have no impact at all on content of the site, so you have no worries there, and we do continual backups here. Again you are in safe hands.

    What I would suggest while you are getting everything lined out with the new theme would be to set the site to Private.
