Backdate a Post in Oct 2015?

  I know this question gets asked quite a bit, but all the older instructions no longer work. So with the current editor how do you changed the published date on a current post? I’ve tried changing the date under published, it selects schedule, I’ve hit schedule and the date posted remains unchanged. If backdating posts has been removed, how do we get it back?

  Thanks for letting us know you resolved this. For the benefit of others who may find this thread in the searchbox know that you can edit the datestamp and timestamp on any post or page.
