Backdating posts

    I want to add in older posts from another blog without importing it. Can I add them to wordpress site ive created? And backdate them?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Yes you can copy the post from another site and add it by hand here and backdate the publish date – I have backdated a few Posts and not a problem, they just move back to that date

    You should probably delete the old material since search engines don’t like duplicate content and sites that are just a mirror of another site are a Terms of Service issue
