  Hello,
  I need to speak with someone who works at wordpress. A former employee at my company ran a site for us through wordpress. When he left he did not leave us credentials to get into the backend. Can someone please help?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
