  Is there an open comment or contact form on the site? If so, try leaving a comment or contact there and then watch where the email shows up, provided you had email notifications of new posts enabled on your site.

  @abhishekshahji , @vvaibhavwagh this is a good tip too. Even though the post says “The blog I need help with is lp7111.wordpress.com” … that’s just the site they have selected from this account, which they are already logged into. They’re probably trying to access a site on a different account, and we’ll need to know what that site is to be able to point them in the right direction.
