Backend changed – now I can't work the website at all

  I’m a new user of WordPress, recently transferred from Blogger, but I’m having nothing but trouble. It was working OK (keeps disconnecting with the server though) but my main problem is that the view on the back end has changed in the last two days and now it can’t be used at all.

  It no longer has the dashboard on the side in nice neat tabs, it is all over the shop.

  I haven’t changed any settings or made any changes. I have no idea how to fix this.

  Please help.
