Backend Login Problems

Hello, when I type in the backend address (www.kortneyhinton.com/wp-admin) it gives me the option to login. When I enter my information it gives me the countdown of how many times I have to incorrectly enter my information. When I go directly to wordpress.com and enter the same information, however, it lets me in with no problem although I seemingly still have to use a separate set of login info to get in. I’ve tried several times today to have WP send me a reset link but still haven’t gotten anything.

It looks like kortneyhinton.com is actually a self-hosted blog on GoDaddy servers. You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files.
You should have a separate login for your self-hosted site that would not be the same as the login for your WordPress.com site. If you’re still having trouble, I would recommend reaching out to GoDaddy support directly. You can find additional support for self-hosted WordPress sites here:
