Backend pages will not load for editing

We had a website set up for our company and I have been updating a few pages with new information for the past couple years. I have had issues with being able to open the pages in edit with elementary. It will open the page and then sit constantly loading. The only way I have been able to fix this is deleting some media, but this has not helped. Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

You account is only a few minutes old and you are talking about a site that’s already a couple of years online. As you speak about elementary, I guess you are talking about Elementor.
We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, nor can we help with third party plugins.
I advice you to contact Elementor support.

The site was built and handed off by a retired coworker and I have had to take over for him, and create this account just to find some answers. I was typing on my phone so I apologize for the auto correct, you were right in assuming elementor. I know it was built by a third party company but assumed since I used word press that the elementor would have been associated with them. Thank you for the advice I will try to find the elementor support for assistance.
