  Are you referring to the site https://maheshwaripaper.wordpress.com/?

  If so, you should be able to open this: https://maheshwaripaper.wordpress.com/wp-admin
  https://wordpress.com/view/maheshwaripaper.wordpress.com

  This is essentially your “backend” of your site. If you can’t, you may need to log onto the account which owns the site. You can view account recovery information here if you no longer have access to that site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
