Hi,
it is on yerdherd.com on Chalk Talk Lesson page. – but the parent page – not the child page?
The Chalk Talk Lessons page is a child page (parent = “Yerd Herd”), not a parent page, and it doesn’t presently display a tiled background. Could you try to explain the issue you are encountering more precisely?

Hi there! This will keep your background from repeating:
.parent-pageid-1629 #content.site-content{background-repeat: no-repeat;} -
Ok – so it isn’t repeating — but it isn’t stretching either on the post? It needs to stretch to fix the content? Thanks.

@ yearbooksmakemecrazy,
Do you have a premium upgrade would allow you to customize CSS in order to have alternate backgrounds on different pages? Otherwise, there is one background image, and one palette, allowed per site. Not separate background images for different pages.
You have two header images on the page Chalk Talk Lessons. One is the custom site header image, and the other, chalkboard image: https://yearbooksmakemecrazy.files.wordpress.com/2015/06/background-image-copy.jpg, may be (I’m uncertain) a featured image assigned to the page.

@yearbooksmakemecrazy, I’m not seeing any content in the Chalk Talk area. We can most likely set things so that it will stretch vertically, but do know that it will distort the image and pixelate it if there is a lot of content. It would be best to keep the content in that area within the bounds of that image.
Can you add some content to that so that I have something to work with?

I looked at the preview for http://yerdherd.com/yerdherd-com/little-lesson-1/ and don’t see any content there. Can you confirm this is the page you are talking about?

Its the page — but you might not see anything because I didn’t actually POST it — it is in preview mode — I dont’; want it out there like this?

When I look at that page in your preview at: https://yearbooksmakemecrazy.wordpress.com/yerdherd-com/chalk-talk-lesson-2/?preview=true&preview_id=2359&preview_nonce=0a52e68c3f I don’t see any text in the body. I see only the title, Chalk Talk Lesson 2. I added some content through my web inspector, and the problem we run into is that the image is going to resize with window/screen widths to maintain the proportions of the image. There really isn’t a way with CSS to keep it 100% of the content height in both directions without having the image distort.
