Background and color design doesn't change

  Hi. I have changed the background and color design and then I saved it and it said it is saved and everything is okay, but when I get in the ‘view site’ or by the link to my site it is like the firt time I got the theme. Thanks

  PS: It isn’t a laptop problem because I have looked it in my cell phone wordpress app and by the link in the movile phone

  You need the Custom Design for do that:

  in other words, you need to purchase a plan.
