background and font colors

  I am using the Libre Theme, and i have changed the background and font colors and saved and published but the changes are not showing in my blog, i’ve done it like three more times but still nothing. please help

  Do you see the “exit the preview” link as shown in this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cY8WaMXG1N9

  If so, could you click on it to exit the preview and try to change the background color? Note, however, that you will see only few choices when you exit the preview.
