Background and header image aren’t show
-
Hello, I have uploaded a background and a header image inside the template that I am using and it is displayed correctly on the customization page. But when my site is online the default background/header image is still there and hasn’t been updated. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

hello,
thank you for your reply.Yes, it is for https://axdfilmfest.com
I try to log in to WordPress.org in order to contact the support there and I get this message ”There is no account with that username or email address” (I’m sure that I’m using the correct email and password). On the other hand, I can log in normally to WordPress.com with my account details.

You have a WordPress.com account because you had to create that in order to activate the Jetpack plugin on your site. But your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com. It’s hosted at Bluehost.com and using the open source version of WordPress.
A WordPress.org account is not required in order to use that software, and you won’t have a WordPress.org account unless you have posted in those forums before, or contributed to the open source WordPress software in some way. In that case you’ll need to register an account there before you can post in those forums.
Those forums are the correct place to get help with this, though. The version of WordPress you’re using does not work exactly the same as the version we use on WordPress.com, and we did not make the theme you’re using so we’re not able to provide help with any issues regarding your theme.
