Background Audio Color
-
I need some help, I’m slowly understanding CSS. On my front page I have 5 audio pieces posted, but I cannot find the background color to match the audio bars. Also could you please post the “how to” so I know where to find the code. Thank You

If you look here, http://support.wordpress.com/audio/ , you will find that you can change the audio player colors to what you want.
And as far as the audio player colors, which “background” were you looking for? The light grey or the dark grey, or the white?
The light grey is #EEEEEE
The darker grey is #CCCCCC
The white is #FFFFFF
And the icons are #666666 -
Basically I’m looking to get rid of the white bar to the right of the play button. I would like that white bar to match the background of the posting background.

Look through the link I gave you. This is not something that can be changed through CSS (or at least I couldn’t find where it was) so your only hope is the link I gave you and doing it for each audio player you insert. Once you have it figured out, then you can just use copy and paste which means it will not be too painful.

I contacted wordpress.com support and they resolved the issue. The code that goes on the end of the media file is |bgcolor=(web color code). For the P2 theme the code is |bgcolor=f7f7f7.

Excellent and thank you for posting the resolution for others that might have the same question. :)
