We can’t help without a link to your blog, starting with http. Also, have you purchased the CSS upgrade? If not, don’t do it until you already know CSS.

I want to figure out how to make the sides a different color! not the middle, where the text and images are located! Thank you for your help! -

@freshboysteph, you would add this to your CSS edit window:
body { background-color:#000000; }Hit the preview button to see what it looks like as you might not be pleased with the change as the grey and white stripes will remain. You can add the following to the CSS edit window to get rid of the white and grey stripes:
#wrapper { background:#FFFFFF none no-repeat scroll 0 0; } -

@prettierinpink, that will not work with the theme lozzalozza is using. It is structured differently.

I am using the same theme all freshboysteph has to do is upload a black bacground and put the url in where mine is I think sorry if I’m wrong xxx

Again though it turns out looking extremely odd with the grey and white stripped borders at each side of that theme (which is why I added the second part about the wrapper background). I don’t think they will be happy with it with the grey and white stripes still being there. It looks half done. If the stripes were grey and black it would not look odd.

I see what you mean thesacredpath, sorry hun, thesacredpath is right it would look wrong in black the way I did it without the CSS upgrade… xxx
