Background Color

  I’m trying to change the change the background color for the blog (http://alieshpierce.wordpress.com/) to black so that only the right and left sides are black and everything else appears white with black type—similar to this site http://www.labelholics.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To set the background color to black in Coraline, you’ll want to set the body tag background to black and then set the #container background to white, like this:

  body {
       background: black;
  }
  #container {
       background: white;
       padding: 0 1em;
  }

  You’ll need to recreate the header image if you want to revert the colors in it: http://alieshpierce.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/cropped-aliesh-pierce-blog3.jpg
