Background Color for Individual posts

  I would like to have a background color in for my individual posts so that I can keep my blog’s current background picture. Any text color is hard to read because it is a landscape. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

  Do you have a custom design upgrade and are you asking for help with CSS editing so this background color change for posts is changed throughout the blog?

  Or are you asking for coding help so you can use the HTML editor and code in the background color change into each post?
