Background color glitch

  I have replaced the css code for the original background with an edited version of the same pictures, however, on pages with large amounts of content, it glitches and uses both the new and old background pictures. This is an eyesore on the site, and i cannot figure out how to fix it. Is it a seperate picture that i need to replace with css? Or is it something entirely different? Please help me figure it out! drtonyamiles5.wordpress.com is the site and the glitch is on the Frequently Asked Questions page from the side bar. Any help is greatly appreciated!
