background color through css

Hi Im just having some trouble changing the background color of my site. Not the background behind the main site but the actual page color of where the content is. Currently it’s white but Ive looked through the css code and tried changing various colors and nothing is changing. Ive even tried switching themes to see if I can find the code and nothing. Have they changed something so you cant edit the css code anymore? Doesnt seem like I can make any change at all and its a bit frustrating!

    Howdy perthinstruments!

It seems that your site (http://www.therockpit.net/wp) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on Unified Layer with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.

If you need any further assistance, let me know. Thank you for your understanding!
