Background color Update of Menu Bar and Footer

    How to add the background colour to the menu bar, am not able to find the option to customize it. Also am not able to update the background colour or image of the footer section.

    I we make these changes? if yes, please guide us to update our Blog site.

    I want to make my blog site to have the same UI and look and feel like our main website https://sociallygood.com/
