Background colora

Hi, I’m struggling with getting my customized background color to show up in the site. In the editor, the colors are perfect, however, once I open the site, the background is back to being plain white. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?

Hi there,
It can sometimes be the case that the settings for custom colors get “stuck” but if you return to the settings and make a small tweak to one of your colors (maybe just make it a touch lighter or darker) the re-save your changes, can you see the colors reflected on the site?
We’ve had this come up a few times and when I try to re-save it works for me. What if you try?

After a closer look I discovered there is a caching issue that is affecting custom colors on a few sites we host. I’ve reported your case to our developers, and in the meantime I have cleared the cache so your colors should now show on the live site.
Please let us know if you do not see the colors on the live site (as I do) or if you continue to have problems when saving your colors in the future. Thanks!
