  Is it possible to have different pages on a blog have different background colors or images? Or do you have one standard background and color that carries throughout your blog?

  That would require the Custom Design upgrade and some CSS. Do you have the upgrade?

  Only by purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
