Background Colour

  Hi there I’ve been trying to change the background colour for my website. But I can’t seem to find the settings for this, even after following the instructions online. The color and backgrounds options just isn’t there. I don’t know if there is a reason for this or it’s a glitch and I can’t seem to find anything in the forums, can you help?

  It can be a theme issue (Your theme might not have custom background feature)
