Background colours not changing

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi everyone,

after the last wordpress update the background of containers and columns changed. I changed it to the right colour on the backend, but they still stay in the wrong colour on the website. The page is:

    https://carmeloscavone.com/australian-physio-course/

I now switched all the unresponsive containers to an empty background. You can also see that the container titled “How do I know all this” still has a colour mismatch, even if I set the background as empty in the backend. Does anyone know why is this happening?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there,

I checked the site, and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com-managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.

The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is also available at the forums here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.
