background does not scroll between pictures

  I choose the theme twenty seventeen because of that great background scrolling in the live demo. But on my website it is not working. I checked all preferences to find an option for adjusting this effect but could not find.
  Could you give me a short tipp what do i need to do and where?

  I would like to suggest that you consult the theme description page and set up instructions at https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyseventeen That is also where the link to the lie demo site is found. Have you tried that?
