Background for Manifest Theme

  Hello, I am new to WordPress and I cannot figure out how to add a background in CSS for the Manifest theme. My WordPress URL is http://fortheloveofallthatisfashion.wordpress.com/ and this is the file URL of the background I would like to have https://fortheloveofallthatisfashion.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/background.jpg. Thank you for your help.
