Could we have a link to your blog please?
If it’s a blog hosted at wordpress.com, just upload it as you would an image for a post, get the url and specify it in your style sheet.

Im assuming you mean the background thats a lighter black color??? If thats the case then you add it to the body class. Where it says background url, you add the image url
body { font-size:62.5%; font-family:Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif; background-color:#333; background:url('enter image url here'); color:#B0B0B0; text-align:center; margin:0; padding:0 0 20px; }you get the image url by uploading the image into your media library by going to dashboard > media library
then after uploading, obtain the image url and enter it into the above class in your CSSHTH

OK I uploaded the image to my media library, how do I get the image url after I do that?
Thanks fo you help :o) -
Right now I have the image linked froom my website but I’d rather use the one I have uploaded to WordPress

when you goto your media library and hover over the picture you want to add, you will see 3 links appear (edit, delete, view) click on view. The you will goto the image page, then click on the image and get the url from that page
