    Sometime background image remove without take any action.

    Hi @krishnajethava! The site looks nice. I don’t see any missing backgrounds currently; could you share a link to a page where that’s missing, and also describe the section where it should be?

    Also, the site seems to be under another account. Are you able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets renewal reminders and whatnot?

    From there, you’ll be able to view the site’s activity log and restore a backup if needed. You’ll also have access to direct support when you’re in the right account. If you’re having trouble gaining access, please let us know. We have an account recovery process you can use if needed!
