Background Image Help

  I am new to the blogging world of WordPress and I am having a little trouble. I really want to place a background image on my blog that will take up the entire background and stay still when scrolling down…so I want the image to stay in one spot but when you scroll only the posts and side bars move like this blog: http://offbeatvagabond.blogspot.com/ is there any way to achieve this through wordpress?

  You can do this if you purchase the CSS editing upgrade:

  body {background: url("IMG_URL") no-repeat fixed 0 0 transparent;}
