Background image is missing while browser windows size is small

  Hi, everybody

  I am editing css on Twenty Twelve.
  I have put the background image (black_pattern06.jpg) by Twenty Twelve’s customize panel. And I have put image (bg.png) on style.css on style.css.
  body .site background: url("/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/bg.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

  When the browser is full size, background image is visible. But while browser’s window size is made smaller than 960px, the background image is missing.

  What should I do to fix this problem?
