Background image not showing up on page after saving.
-
Hi. Thank you for taking the time to review my question. Could you please tell me why the image I loaded up of a starfield is not showing up as my background image on the page of my blog. It still shows up as the old plain black one that I had before, even after saving during customization, when it says it is publishing the change.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
Robert

At present, I do not see an image set as your site’s Background:

Can you please try setting the background image, once again?
If you are still having a problem, let me know, and we can take the next troubleshooting step, once I get more feedback.

I am now wondering if I have to have paid for a customization to save an image that covers my whole background as one scrolls down. What are your thoughts.

No, an Upgrade is not required for this functionality.

I fixed it, just as I wanted it. Thank you for your time and patience.
I went to Appearance, then Background, loaded up my image, for Position selected “Center,” Repeat “No Repeat,” Attachment “Fixed,” and saved. It is now showing the whole picture as my background as I wanted it. I suppose what through me off was that the image was so small in the first phase when I was testing it out, and could not see it in the final product. This worked.
Thank you again for your time in this matter.
