Background image on page

  I am creating a testing weblog with empty pages and blogmessages to find out how to build a website with WordPress. I am kind of new in this so Iam trying things. I know that a background image can be set on the website itself but I was wondering if I can ad a background image to a page. Now a page itself is black and I would like to change that with a background image. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually what you’re looking for is possible, but there’s no guarantee that Explorer will display it correctly so it’s not recommended.
