Background image problems – bug?

  Hi there,

  I am presently using the Spectrum theme and have been having some issues regarding the use of background images – I can’t get them to stick! When I view the background in the customization screen it displays properly, but once I save the changes and go to view it on my site, my background disappears! I’ve checked to see if it’s an issue with my browser, but I experience the same issue in both Firefox & Internet Explorer and have also cleared my cache, but still have the same problem. Is this a bug?
