Background Image Won't Change

  I deleted the previous background image, yet it still shows up: https://hydrowar.files.wordpress.com/2013/05/testbg.jpg

  I deleted all my cookies, tried different browsers, etc. but it still shows the old bg. I even looked in the media library for the old background, to make sure it was deleted. I can’t find any trace of it in my media library, so it should be deleted, but it still shows up. The new bg: https://hydrowar.files.wordpress.com/2015/10/14frozenfury7_zpsc019bccd.jpg only shows up when I go into the theme editor.

  It sounds like you might be in looking at Custom Design preview mode. To get out of that, go to where you can change the background in the customizer and if you see a link at the top of the left panel that says “exit the preview,” click on that link and then try changing the background after that. It should work.
