Background image won’t change

  I just changed my theme and it won’t change the background imagine from the green mountain to my own picture. I have tried so many times. Going through the steps and it says that the background image is my own but thats not what I’m seeing here. I see the green mountain and I do not want an image on my website that isn’t even my own.
  The theme is Responsive Theme.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
