Background image wont disappear

  Hello,
  I need help removing an image
  I put it as my background image on my website using the theme options. Well it wont go away no matter what now and it ruins the way the website is viewed on mobile. I’ve tried replacing the image with a plain white image. I also deleted all instances of the image using ftp but it is still on the website.
  Please please help me.
