Background / Navigation Messed up when logged in or out

    Here is a link to my current project: http://petsitterexchange.com/

    When I am logged in, the navigation seems to be messed up and the navigation bar is more above the white background than it is supposed to be. Here is how it is supposed to look: http://i43.tinypic.com/2j673tl.jpg

    With the brown navigation being directly in the middle of the white/green background.

    I will fix it when I’m not logged in but when I’m logged in it looks different because the login bar at the top moves the navigation up/down.

    Any help would be appreciated!
