  Is it possible to layer a paragraph block over the top of a (background) photo? If so, how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can do that with the Cover block:

  Cover Block

  Although that block is not meant to have lots of text in it. It’s designed for titles, quotes, short descriptions, etc.

  Understood. So otherwise there’s no real way of layering a feature photo behind the text.

  No, that would be a structural change beyond what can be simply customized here.
