Background won't stay in place!!!!

    Hi guys!
    I have selected the “fixed” background option in my customization page. It works on my PC but repeats itself when you scroll down on a mobile or tablet. I have the free version of WordPress but I think “fixed” should apply to all systems? If anyone knows what I can do without upgrading just for that… let me know, please!
