Backing up blog

    I’m reading interactions on how to back up, but I have no idea where to start. How do I know who my web host is if I can’t remember? How do I access the cPanel? Any help would be great. Thanks

    There is no Cpanel access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs like this one > http://jackstrawlane.com/

    We can have as many free blogs as we wish. I suggest you create another one, set the visibility to “private”, import the content from your main blog into it, and create a mirror blog to test in and use as a back-up blog.
