    When I backup my blog (exporting), are my images and blog comments saved?

    I seem to remember (although this was a long time ago) trying to export and import to blogger, but for some reasons the comments and photos didn’t appear.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Create an XML file containing your posts and comments for you to save or import into another WordPress blog.

    The media files remain hosted where there are now and when you import there is a prompt asking if you want to include media files.
