Backing Up Content

  Is there any way I can ‘back up’ all of my content? I have read online that sometimes all content can be lost and if that happens it means you’ve lost everything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com does a pretty good job of backing up your site automatically but if you want to keep a copy of everything for yourself then you can read about exporting your site in the support pages.

  Does exporting content also mean deleting it from your wordpress site? If yes, is there another way to create a backup without having to copy and paste every post?
