  Could I clarify whether you are hosting (and backing up) our website, or whether our host (Fasthosts) is hosting our website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, the site you mentioned, integratedretail.co.uk, is hosted here with us. We manage backups and what not on our end, too. It does look like your domain is registered through Fasthosts, though. Does that help?
