backing up using File Zilla

  I have just downloaded the above with intentions of backing up my file and cant get past the first hurdle which is ‘server address’
  Could you please advise me what I should put in this box please. my website is:

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
