Backlink is showing the whole URL

  I’d like to backlink to some other blogger’s pages. How do I do it? I copied and pasted the URL, and the link works, but I want it to show the blog’s name (e.g, I don’t want my blog to show: “http://xxxxx.wordpress.com”….. I want it to show “Name of Blog”). What am I doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
