Backoffice is gone
-
Hello,
I am not very experienced with WordPress. Since November, my site is suddenly gone.
This seems due to the fact that the theme Anaglyph Lite has expired. I didn’t notice on time, so I haven’t been able to take action.
Now, if I log in in WordPress, I don’t have any backoffice anymore. I don’t see anything of the theme, the backups, the plugins, the domain or whatsoever.
Does anyone have experience with this and knows how I can get the old data back so I can start making a new site with a new thema. My host is One.com, I already asked them for help, but the steps that they suggested, didn’t work. This was for example, deleting the plugins in the field at PHP my admin.
Hopefully, someone can get me some information so I have a start.
Kind regards, Froukje
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there @samasamasilver / Froukje, your site isn’t hosted here on our services, but here’s what I’d recommend:
1 – contact support for Anaglyph Lite. If the problem really is that you didn’t renew with them, they should be able to help.
2 – If they can help, contact your host to see if you can get a recent backup restored.Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
I hope this helps!
