Are you still having trouble with this? I just visited your site, and the Jetpack connection seems to be active. I also see the option to restore (and download the backup you requested) on your Activity Log page.
Please check once more and let us know if you’re still having trouble.

The back up in need is from February 25 2024.
The homepage theme should be different than it is now.

Thank you for clarifying! While you were on the Creator plan, your site wasn’t plugin-enabled until March 20th. Consequently, we only have backups from that date onwards. You can find more information about Backups here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#about-backups
Regarding the theme, it appears that you were using the Hevor theme, which is exclusively available on active Creator or Entrepreneur plans. Since you now have a Creator plan again, you can reactivate the Hevor theme on your site.
