  I need a proper offsite backup. One that backs up 100% of the site including images and links. It would ask you for a destination and make a single backup. The export only backs up the partial site.

  That’s not possible as there is no blogger access to the WordPress.COM database. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#backups
